Room was very comfortable and brand new bathroom suite- couldn't fault accommodation at all plus the staff were very friendly. Location was fantastic- 5 mins walking distance from Natural History Museum and tube station literally around the corner.
Only thing that was disappointing was the continental breakfast which consisted of a rack of toast and a cereal! The English breakfast wasn't that great either- the sausages had been deep-fried, there was 1 mushroom and a sliced cold tomato-really not worth £4

Pleasantly surprised by the mid-size room. Cosy & Friendly atmosphere. Spotlessly clean room & bathroom. Ideal for the Albert Hall ( Also museums / Kensington etc ) I would stay here again.

The low score I give this hotel is based solely on the size of the room we were given; it was tiny and I felt it didn't warrant the cost. To get over to the far side of the bed, one had to climb over the bed as the foot of the bed touched the wall.
overall the room was clean and although the bathroom was also small, it was nicely decorated. The location was perfect for getting to the Royal Albert Hall - the point of our stay. I wouldn't stay here again.

My wife and I also stayed in no 6 which was small but adequate for a couple of nights. (We had been offered a basement room which we declined because of a previous bad experience elsewhere.- It was probably larger and we subsequently found it overlooked a pleasant patio!).
The Hotel was well appointed, very clean
and the staff were all courteous and friendly.
It is the only London Hotel we have so far been able to recommend.

I THINK TO BE A WELL EXPERIENCED TRAVELLER, BUT I NEVER STAYED IN A SMALLER ROOM (Nr. 6)...
DOES HOTEL-LONDON GET SPECIAL PRICES AND
"SPECIAL ROOMS" TOO?
